I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT, IT CHARGED RIGHT UP AND WAS READY TO USE. I LIKE THAT IT CAME WITH AN EXTRA HEAD SO I CAN USE ONE FOR ME AND ONE FOR MY HUSBAND.
