I am really happy with this knife. I like the handle it is a non slip and has a textured area on the handle where your thumb dsits while using the knife so it doesnt slip around while using it. It does reccomend using it on a plastic cutting board so that is what I did. It is very sharp so you have to be extra xaredul and be sure to follow the claeaning instructions.
